In La Feuille, the perfumer tells the story of leaves. Typically overlooked by many of us, the life cycle of a single leaf is examined here. As spring arrives and the shoots leap into life, the crisp leaves are at their greenest, augmented with the cut green of galbanum. Their edges unfurl as their neighbouring blossoms turn to fruits - be they red berries or blackcurrants or the milky coconut of figs. The leaves eventually fade from green to gold to red and fall to the forest floor where they create an irresistible scent of autumnal warmth and mingle with earthy moss and oak wood.
Layer La Feuille with Tea Tonique or Lumière Dorée.
