We are currently in unprecedented and challenging times with the global spread of the Covid-19 virus. The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff and all parties we work with around the world is of the utmost importance to us. We are committed to doing all we can to help stop the spread of this virus and ensure that everyone is kept safe. In light of the current situation in the UK, we decided to temporarily close our five London stores from Wednesday 18th March 2020 at 7pm. Our stores in Hong Kong and China are currently open as per local guidelines.

Having spoken to our warehouse and DPD, we are confident that we can resume orders and get our www.millerharris.com deliveries out to you. We will start processing orders online from 9am today. Please note that deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. Our current estimate is 3-5 days.

After talking with our distribution partners we are confident that we can continue to deliver goods to our customers, and our plan is to resume sales on the website tomorrow at 9am (Wednesday 25th March).
All recent orders have been packed at our warehouse and will be sent out shortly. Our current estimate for delivery is 3-5 days, but this may be affected by local resourcing so please bear with us if it takes a little longer. We will be extending the 50% offer to many of our products to make up for downtime yesterday evening.

In light of the governments' announcement yesterday, we have temporarily suspended sales on www.millerharris.com until we can be sure that our delivery networks will still be operational. We are currently working closely with our warehouse and DPD to work out next steps.
We will update the site later today with further information and will resume sales if possible. If any existing orders are affected we will be in touch shortly. Thank you for your understanding.
