DELIVERY

Orders in the United Kingdom

We currently offer UK Delivery using DPD and the Royal Mail

UK Standard delivery within 2 to 5 days, costs £5.50 on orders below £60.00

If you order before 13:30 Monday to Friday your order will be dispatched the same day. Delivery will usually be the following day, although Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery to the highlands and Islands can take longer dependent on where you are.

Orders to EU countries

We deliver to all European markets, usually using a DPD road transport, this can taken between 3 and 7 days. We charge a different cost for each market dependent on the cost DPD charge us, your delivery cost will be calculated when your order reaches your shopping basket.

International orders

Due to the nature of our product, we can ship anywhere in the world, we have listed the counties below that we get asked to ship to. If your country is not listed  email customerservices@millerharris.com and we will quote you on your shipment.

RETURNS

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not, we offer a full refund or exchange on any item within 28 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

We cannot refund or exchange any sale items.

However if, upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged we shall be happy to replace them.

You should return any product to the address below, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us, and we cannot accept any responsibility of the order until it arrives in our warehouse. So we always recommend you return packages using an insured and traceable service.

We will take up to 7 days to process your return, if a refund is to be issued that will then be processed within this time. We will email you with confirmation of your refund being processed. Your bank/credit card company can take up to 14 days to process the refund into your account.
