A Dance of Expression and Impression

A Dance of Expression and Impression

At Miller Harris, we believe that scent, much like music and dance, is a refined craft—a delicate interplay of notes and accords that speak directly to the soul.

For our Christmas 2024 campaign, we commissioned Monique Jonas
as part of our M.H Muse concept to create a piece of performance art. With Sharol Mackenzie the art showcases the beauty of scent and movement, creating unforgettable memories that resonate long after the season has passed.

Fragrance is a silent language, an invisible thread that connects us to one another and to our most cherished memories. It is a form of expression as profound as any sonata, as graceful as a ballet in motion, and as enduring as a beautifully written verse. In every bottle lies the potential to evoke emotion, to tell a story, and to leave a mark that resonates long after the moment has passed.

"There's something so amazing to be able to use my body through dance as a method to connect with an audience and share that passion."

"Art in general is storytelling but through different modes, through different formats and whether it's a fragrance, whether it's a dance, we just have a chance to leave a lasting impression.

It comes back to that idea of connection, connecting to those that we love the most."

Who is the M.H Muse?

The MH Muse is culturally relevant today and tomorrow.

By their very nature, they epitomises developing cross generational trends in arts, fashion, culture and character. Personable, thoughtful and approachable. They are successful but wear it lightly; earthy and arty; they live a life of substance and conviction. A pillar of calm and grounded elegance in the relentless pace of the modern world.
